You will spend two nights in the desert during our Fes desert trip 3 days to Merzouga. So you begin your tour by visiting Ifrane and the Cedar Forest, where you can see wild monkeys. The panoramic panorama of the Ziz Valley is the second thing to see. The towns of Erfoud and Rissani are then visited. Finally, a camel trek, a 4X4 desert trip, and sleeping in Berber tents are included.

Day 1: Fes _ Atlas Mountain _ Merzouga

Fes Desert Trip 3 Days To Merzouga

Today we leave Fes for Merzouga, where we will visit and discover the Sahara. As a result, a three-day excursion from Fes to Merzouga will take you via the Middle Atlas Mountains. We begin our journey at Ifrane, a lovely ski resort town. Then we drive via Azrou to the Cedar Forest, where wild apes can be seen. Second, we continue our desert adventure to Midelt. It is well-known for its mineral goods as well as apples. We drive to Erachidia, Erfoud, and Rissani through Ziz Valley after lunch in Midelt. Finally, we proceed to Merzouga, where we will spend the night in a Riad/hotel and eat dinner.

Day 2: Merzouga Desert tour

We get ready for a desert expedition after breakfast. As a result, we’ll spend 4 hours exploring the Merzouga desert. The village of Khamlia and its Gnawa music are the first places we visit. In addition, we will visit nomads near the border for lunch and to tour the area. We also go to the local mines and experience the black Sahara. Second, you’ll ride camels to a desert camp for an overnight stay in a well-equipped desert camp. In the middle of the dunes, you will be able to watch the sunset. Finally, you eat a delectable dinner while listening to drum music around the fire.
 

Day 3: Merzouga _ Rissani _ Ifrane _ Fes

You arrive at the hotel by camel or 4×4 on the final day. As a result, you will see the dawn while showering and eating breakfast in the hotel. Following that, we travel to Rissani, which was the first house of Moroccan King Alaouite’s family. We travel to Erfoud from Rissani to view the work of fossil products and the local souk. At addition, we cross the Middle Atlas and halt in Midelt for lunch. Then we return to Ifrane and the Cedar Forest before ending the day in Fes. The 3 days trip to Merzouga desert comes to a close in Fes.

Excellent Sahara Private Tour This firm helped my spouse and myself organize a 3-day Sahara excursion from Fes to Merzouga. The trip as a whole is fantastic. Ali, our driver, is a pleasant and knowledgeable individual. When we were in the dessert area, he welcomed us to his house for lunch, and it was the tastiest couscous I had in Morocco. We took a lot of pictures because the dessert is so lovely. The tent is spacious and includes a hot water shower.
